职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for plant’s safety activities to ensure compliance with Corporate and local regulations.
2. Develops safety procedures and maintains STOP, JSA and MSDS programs.
3. Coordinates various training programs for safety, processes and maintains training records.
4. Managing LOTO and HWP procedures. Contractor’s management.
5. Liaising with local authorities on approval and permit for environment, health and safety area.
6. Lead periodic risk identification based on daily work and renew the company potential risk list.
7. Ensure the laws and regulation compliance for the current facility, business and new projects.
8. Ensure all applicable external and internal requirements are well implemented through the corporate EHS standard, policy and guidance.
9. Deliver effective EHS training to company employee and to relevant company vender.
10. Lead on the EHS related management measures implementation to build up/enhance the EHS culture in the company.
11. Keep closely supervision and conduct the internal and external audit, follow up and close the open findings timly.
12. Ensure EHS budget is well developed and managed effectively.
13. Any EHS related work assigned by line manager or company management

Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree on safety or mechanical engineering
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in EHS management and good understanding of plant equipment Enjoys spending time on the shop floor, ability to
communicate with operators
3.Problem solving skills - able to lead team to determine root cause and develop the action plan
4.Good reading/writing English, able to communicate with foreign colleagues in English
5.Familiar with national and local regulations on safety, health and environment 举报 分享
