职位描述：
1、大专以上学历，熟悉TS16949管理体系，熟悉ERP、精益生产等相关管理知识。
College Degree or above, familiar with TS 16949 management system, familiar with ERP,Lean production related management knowledge
2、5年以上制造型公司现场管理工作经验，有外企生产经验者优先。
5 years or above management experience in manufacturing company, foreign company's working experience is preferred
3、熟悉绩效管理，具备数据分析能力、精通行业产品质量规范与生产标准，熟悉制造企业生产运营流程。
Familiar with performance management and be able to do data analysis, skillful at industrial product quality regulation and production standard, proficient in operation flow of manufacturing company
4、熟练使用OFFICE办公软件操作。
Master in office software operation;
5、有较好的领导和组织协调能力、沟通能力、执行能力等。
With good leadship,organization and coordination ability, strong communication skill and executive force;
1、根据月度生产计划，编制实施每日生产计划，保质保量地完成生产任务；
According to monthly production plan, planning and implementing daily production plan, and ensure complete the plan in full and on time
2、贯彻、执行公司的成本控制目标，加强对车间生产的成本控制，确保在提高产量、保证质量的前提下不断降低生产成本；
Carry out and implement cost control target, enhance the cost control in workshop, continuously reducing the production cost on base of improving product output with good quality;
3、根据生产计划核算人员需求，确保计划顺利执行；
Accounting personnel demand per production plan, make sure production plan be carried out smoothly;
4、生产效率控制：通过标准化作业、提升员工的生产效率；
Work efficiency control: To improve work efficiency through standardized working method;
5、推进目视化管理及现场定位管理，监督、检查和完善现场6S考核机制。
Push visual management project, control site stock position management, supervise, check and complete site 6S assessment system;
6、处理车间的突发事件，并随时向公司领导汇报事件处理进展，对于无法处理的事件要及时请示；
Deal with emergency in workshop,report to company leader related status in time, any unsolved things need report for leader decision;
7、配合公司其他部门开展工作，做好横向沟通；
Cooperate with other department, keep good lateral communication;
8、严格执行完成上级交办其它事宜。
