职位描述：
1. 使用Labview软件开发和测试用于工厂测试的系统，支持成品级量产最终测试与PCBA级量产测试。
2. 负责工厂测试机台（包括软件和硬件）搭建和维护，PCBA测试，故障分析
3. 负责PDU生产测试制程，数据分析，故障分析与解决。
4. 建立和完善生产测试的指标，需求，运用GR&R，CP/CPK分析产品制程稳定性。
5. 维护测试系统数据库，确保数据可追溯。建立和完善合理的测试方法和工具来提升测试效率。
6. 协调部门内部其他员工，对产品生产做不断改进。

任职要求：
1. 电气，电子或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 4年以上电子/机械产品的产线生产测试经验。熟悉PCBA制程，产品成品组装。
3. 熟练运用labview软件开发和维护自动化测试系统。对自动化测试系统的搭建，故障排除有丰富的经验。熟悉PCBA测试，JIG/BON调试，熟悉DFT。
4. 熟悉IEEE488/RS232/RS485通讯并运用，熟悉电气测量及运算。
5. 动手能力强，做事积极，以结果为导向，拥有良好的沟通技巧。
6. 拥有较强的质量观念，较强的问题分析解决能力。
7. 较强的团队合作能力。
8. 良好的英语交流能力。
