【Job Descriptions】
? Leads all aspects of IT system operation which includes but not limited to Server, end user device , data voice networking , security and SOP execution for the enterprise’s global operation
? Works with senior management and IT functional department including CIOs and architects to ensure business alignment
? Defines site based IT needs following corporate best practice and implements service monitoring across all platforms to ensure high availability and disaster recovery capability of critical systems
? Directs a large number of complex IT system continuously improvement initiatives @ site
? Sponsorship to the IT service and operation projects and work closely with PMO to governance the IT service projects, accountable for the project success @ site
? Negotiates and drives approval process for statements of work and vendor contracts/renewals, including business case ROI determination for all IT service related activities
? Directs teams leading vendor management and issue resolution support, including level I support for end user
? Technically has expertise to understand the architecture team deliverables and translate to IT service management criteria
? Understand ITIL service operation best practice and strong execution ability to push @ site level
? Take full responsibility for the site level IT services from all aspects
? Play as single contact of point to the site business / operation from IT perspective. Make decision within the authorized areas
? Play critical role in coordinating GMP CSV / audit @ site with leverage corporate CSV resources and expertise
? Six Sigma continuously improvement mindset and practical experience to drive service excellence
? Part of site operation team and provide strong support to the site operation head to make sure the site IT operation smoothly【Skill and Experience Expectations 】
? Excellent administration skills
? Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
? Must possess an aptitude for translating complex, technical subjects into clear, business-oriented communications
? Ability to work across diverse organizations and lead complex internal and external project teams
? Preferred Technical background/understanding in areas of Cisco, MPLS, TCPIP, VoIP, Microsoft Platform, Hyper-V
? Have skilled knowledge of manufacturing site IT Operation and integrate the global resources.
? GMP CSV experience is a plus from IT perspective
? Bachelor’s degree and above with 7+ years’ IT service and operational experience in the company with global instances

常州合全新药研发有限公司位于江苏常州，是全新一体化小分子工艺研发及cGMP生产基地。于2016年2月正式投入运营。
作为具有国际一流水平的小分子工艺研发及cGMP生产基地，合全药业常州园区建设将分阶段进行，行政大楼、研发大楼、后期项目生产车间以及辅助设施现已竣工并投入运营，园区其他相关建设目前仍在进行中。待项目整体竣工后，常州基地将容纳超过500名研发人员，并将增加超过1000立方米的反应釜体积，届时合全药业整体研发能力将在现有基础上翻一番，产能将增加至现有水平的四倍。
