职位描述：
岗位职责：
一 根据拟定的产品设计方案，负责产品的机械设计和技术文件的编制；
二 充分了解分管产品的设计要求，并参与分管产品的技术方案拟定；
三 参与产品样机的试制、测试、评审、鉴定，参与组织产品的小批量试制和批量生产的技术准备工作；
四 参与产品的包装设计，测试及运输鉴定；
五 负责产品设计评审必须的图样和技术文件的准备；
六 产品优化设计。
任职条件：1、较强的电机设计能力，有交直流电机的设计经验；
2、能熟练运用Pro/E、Solidworks, AUTORCAD等绘图软件及MS Office等办公软件工具；
3、精通电机的电磁性能设计，熟练的掌握Ansoft，Ansys等电机性能设计软件；
4、熟知电机制造的工艺流程，对开发中遇到的技术和工艺难点有较强的解决能力；
5、了解电机行情，对电机行业的发展有前沿性的预判能力；
5、熟练掌握项目的开发流程，能独立完成项目的设计开发工作，并能指导设计工程师进行项目的开发；
6、具有较强的英语阅读能力；
7、具有较强的沟通，协调，管理能力。

注:其中两人负责结构设计，可招应届毕业生。两人负责电磁设计，一人可招应届毕业生，一人应具有丰富的工作经验。 举报 分享
