岗位职责内容：

1、监督、检查公司所下订单货物在样品检验及批量收货过程中出现的质量问题，根据检验标准完成成品/驻厂产品检验工作（潜在的、已出现的质量问题）；

Take regular inspection and test for samples, or lot shipment , control product quality as QC standard or drawing, finish the QC job for potential and happened quality problem.
2、了解每个订单的质量要求，制单验货计划并按照验货计划协调供应商落实验货工作，对产品颜色、工艺、包装，尺寸,功能等做客观的质检和评测。

Know well the order requirement, make inspection schedule, coordinate team members and suppliers ,follow strictly on QC plan and standard,make QC and evaluate for each details as color, technical, size, function, size etc.
3、根据检验流程和标准，真实记录检验数据和结果，出现问题及时汇报和反映； 提供清晰，标准的产品检验报告

Follow QC process, record QC result, report defects, provide clear, standard QC report.

4. 了解行业和市场状况，并协助审核供应商

Know the market status, assist audit for new suppliers and audit for key account suppliers.

4.预见及现场协助/监督供应商解决生产过程中可能发生/已发生的问题，根据需要可现场监督装运

Anticipate quality problems and guide/assist suppliers quality improvement, make proper evaluation, audit loading on site.
5、对质量问题和客户质量投诉负责，积极协助相关部门解决出现的产品质量问题。Be responsible for customer quality complaint and handle product nonconformities, Handle quality issues in suppliers and find solution, communicate with company and suppliers

岗位要求：

1.至少2年进出口工作杂货质检工作经验，熟悉产品检验流程及标准，

minimum 2 years’ experience in making inspection in other commodities.

2. 熟悉杂货类产品验货要求，熟悉各种验货标准和质量体系，熟练使用各种验货工具

Familiar different product quality control requirement, be familiar with ISO certification，can use different QC tools
3.有供应商审核经验

Experience in supplier audit

4.能及时发现问题并给出合理的解决和落实方案，规避公司因产品质量造成的风险与损失

Can anticipate and find quality problems, and assist to solve & implement improve plan, to avoid company lost by quality

5. 能独立管控供应商生产质量和流程，完成验货报告或验厂报告

Independent to manage and control supplier produce process and quality, finish QC report and factory audit report

6.思维敏捷，团队协作能力强，善于沟通，有较强的分析解决问题能力,责任心强，能独立操作所有质检环节

Smart, team work, good at communicate, responsibility, solve problems,and in independent on quality process

7. 很好的时间管理能力，能适应出差, 为人正直，性格开朗

Well management on time, can travel by job needs,square and open personality

8. 会开车,有工厂资源优先

Can drive and have factory resources could be priority

9.会英文，能完成英文报告优先

Fluent and can finish English QC report could be priority
