- Responsible for new product development and mechanical design.

- I***olve in controlling the progress and cost of the NPI project.

- Applying new technology, new processes to NPI project.
在NPI项目中应用新技术、新工艺。
- Material / BOM creation and release.
物料/BOM的创建及释放。
- Cooperate with project leader, Hardware, software and other members
配合项目组主管、硬件、软件及其他成员的工作。
Customized product design (20%)
- Responsible for the complete and accurate design output.
负责设计输出的齐全性、准确性。
- Order BOM creation and release
订单BOM的创建及释放。
Mainte***ce of live products (20%)
- Responsible for the old product mainte***ce
负责现有产品的日常维护。
- Continuous improve the quality for live products
不断提升现有产品的质量及性能。

任职资格Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor or above, mechanical engineering or similar education background. (MUST).
学士学位及以上，机械工程或类似专业。
At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design or electromechanical system design. Lead or participate (as key member) 1 project at least. (MUST)
具备3年以上机械或机电系统设计经验，至少独立（或作为关键开发者）承担过1个以上项目的开发工作。
Familiar with fabrication/welding/injection molding /transfer motion process (At least one). (MUST)
熟悉钣金/焊接/注塑/传动（至少一项）设计与工艺
Good skills in I***entor, AutoCAD Mechanical and MS-Office. (MUST).
能够熟练运用I***entor, AutoCAD Mechanical and MS-Office。
Experience in Material Master Data ,BOM and ECM in SAP ECC system (PLUS).
熟悉SAP系统物料主数据、BOM以及ECM优先。
R&D project management experience and good project management skills is preferred (PLUS).
最好能够具备良好的项目管理经验，且运用熟练。
Excellent English – Fluent oral and written communication is preferred. (PLUS)
具备优秀的英语能力，能够无障碍得阅读/撰写英文技术资料，具备流利口语沟通能力；
Excellent team spirit and hardworking attitude is preferred (PLUS).
