The Sales Manager is fully responsible for the development of end user or related distributors business in assigned territories. Work with stated goals / objectives by market segment, product & customers. Drive successful sales initiatives & activities that are well defined and be compliant with HOERBIGER regulations and rules.
Mid-term / Budget Planning
? Support Sales Director to develop short, mid and long term sales strategies considering customer requirements so as to improve business.
? Coordinate with Product Management (PM), Production and Supply Chain to meet customer requirements.
? Meet planned sales, gross margins and AR targets.
Branding / Marketing
? Ensure customers are fully aware of the HOERBIGER brand, products & solutions.
? Attend technical meeting or exhibition and participate in business negotiation, technical exchange.
? Organize and coordinate HOE’s compressor course training for the customer.
Customer Management
? Schedule and execute customer visits for the purpose of promotion of products and solutions.
? Work together with technical department to convince and engage customers.
? Well known HOE products performance and appraisals from customers (vs competitors) with timely feedback to make further improvements and case references accumulated.
? Manage and coordinate quotes, orders and agreements for normal terms (price/payment/delivery etc.)
? Well known of customers’ significant upgrade/maintenance plan then follow and obtain the business
? Responsible for AR and undelivered goods solution.
Technical Knowledge
? Knowledge and skills to identify customer’s needs and direction so as to offer the right technical/service solution.
? Ability to not only support but also challenge the customer’s behavior, attitude and processes giving opportunity for HOERBIGER; Add value for the customer.
? Compressor data collecting (query/measuring/drafting) and customer request describing/transferring.
Requirements?
College degree or above in engineering or related subject
Familiar with Oil & Gas industry, chemical industry and related processes
Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in related area
Basic English in reading
Basic computer skills (Office software / SAP/ CRM, etc.)
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Excelle? Problem solving and ‘Can do’ philosophy
Able to quickly establish long-term trusting customer relations
Professional Office / Customer visitation on site of production plant
Willing to travel frequently
