职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. To be full responsible for entire warehouse management (bonded warehouse and chemical warehouse).
负责整个仓储管理（保税仓库及化学品仓库）
2. Be responsible for audit (internal & external) related to warehouse management and warehouse material flow process.
负责仓库团队（内部和外部）的管理，负责仓库物料过程管理。
3. To improve the process and increase efficiency.
过程改进和提高效率。
4. To define warehouse management process and working instruction for each station.
制定仓库过程管理并为每个岗位制定作业指导。
5. To set up warehouse operator’s KPI and monitor the KPI monthly
建立仓库管人员的绩效考核，监控每月KPI指数。
6. To define action and correct plan to achieve all KPI
制定正确的计划和行动，实现所有KPI指标。
7. To be the lead for annual stock taking, be responsibility for inventory accuracy.
清算仓库年度库存消耗，确保库存的准确性。
8. Make deep analysis for inventory difference and report the stock taking result monthly & yearly with detailed reason and action plan for improvement.
深度分析库存差异，月度、年度汇报库存使用情况及详细的原因，并采取提升措施。
9. To check and auditing the rate of progress and performance of every working station in warehouse.
检查和审计监管仓库中每个岗位的的表现和进展速度。
10. To communicate and coordinate with other department, and manage the relationship between warehouse and other departments.
做好与其他部门沟通合作，维护好仓库与其他部门之间的关系。
11. To dispatch and control the materials according to plan, and manage the material and keep it safety in the stock.
按照计划发货和控制物料，管理物料，保证库存的安全。
12. To make sure that package and label of parts we send out are compliant with requirement of customer, and provide all necessary documents for delivery to customers.
确保我们发送的货物包装和标签的符合客户的要求，提供给客户的所有需提供的资料。（合格证、操作维护说明书等相关资料）
13. To Keep 5S in whole warehouse area.
保持整个仓库区域的5S卫生（整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养）
14. To work align with EHS rules.
工作中符合EHS规定。
15. To finish other work assigned by supervisor.
完成上级安排的其他工作。

Job requirements;
1.Bachelor's degree,Major is logistics management and related;
本科以上学历，物流管理类相关专业。
2.10 years work experiences about warehouse management;
十年以上仓库管理工作经验。
3.At least 5 years team management experiences;
五年以上团队管理经验。
4.Be familiar with warehouse management system,like WMS 、SAP and so on;
熟悉各种仓库管理ERP系统，比如WMS，SAP等。
5.Good English ability both in oral and writing;
较好的英文读写和听说能力。
6.Good team work sprit \Can accept overtime work and can work under high pressure;
团队凝聚力强，抗压能力强，接受加班。
7.Good communicate skill and logical thinking.
