职位描述：

1. Delivery management, according to analyze forecast, analyze supplier capability etc. activity to ensure material supply meet business requirement
2. Supplier relationship management, monitor and measure supplier performance
3. Provide proper training to buyers and resolve buyer's problem
4. Drive cost down and optimize overall cost of materials including component pricing, freight expenses, materials liability, and cost of managing materials.
5. Lead the price administration process to ensure (1) data integrity, (2) accurate Standard Costs,and (3) Quoted Costs to the Customer that are competitive and ensure all purchase orders are placed with pricing and terms & conditions that are negotiatedand agreed to by the Global/Regional/Plant Purchasing/Commodity Managers.
6. Support new project development
7. Adhere to all company policies & procedures
8. Others tasks assigned by the Manager


Technical/Professional Training & Qualification 技术性/专业性培训和资历
A）Essential 基本要求：
"1. Good spoken & written English 2. Have practical experience in using ERP, preferably Oracle or SAP
3. Proficient Office Applications skills 4. Teamwork spirit 5. Trading knowledge"
B) Desirable 理想要求：1. Strong analytical, negotiation & problem solving skills
Educational Requirement 教育（受训）要求：
A) Essential 基本要求：
1. Bachelor degree

1. A good knowledge of Lean & Supply Chain Management
Experience Required 工作经验：
"1. 8 years' working experience in a manufacturing environment is a minimum.
2. Import&Export experience
