本岗位工作地点是江苏太仓
Responsibilities
- Participation in certain R&D and new projects as well as in new product and change orders according to the field of responsibility (dedicated customer and material)
- Ensuring of the adequate (concerning e.g. technology, quality, costs, shipping date) procurement and material dispostion incl. required equipment of the supplier according to internal guidelines, if necessary in coordination with the specialised department
- Responsibility of the direct material costs of the projects and products (material portfolio) according to the field of responsibility incl., ensuring of the investigation, as well as systematic controlling and introduction of suitable measurements in case of deviations according to internal guidelines
- Participation in the technical analysis and economical evaluation (e.g. Make-or-Buy) of all changing and new products in coordination with the specialised departments incl. development of alternative suggestions
- Internal/ External clarification of purchasing-relevant issues (e.g. technology, costs, shipping date) with the customer, in coordination with the account manager
- Ensuring of the requirements according to a efficient and effective RFQ processing.
- Participation in the analysis and evaluation of technical specifications for the sourcing process, in coordination with the specialised department
- Participation in the optimisation of strategies (e.g. market, customer, supplier) and the relating concepts, in coordination with the responsible person or central unit (GP)
- Participation in price setting and negotiations of the sales department (e.g. planned prices, cost down measurements) according to internal guidelines
- Ensuring of the creation and acutalization of purchasing-relevant masta data (e.g. MOQ)
- Responsibilty of the compliance of business unit or project KPI´s, (e.g. cost budget, planned price realisation) incl. document management according to guidelines, if necessary in coordination with the responsible person
- Team member of the customer focus team, interactive interface to the central unit for task-specific issues, if necessary in coordination with the specialised department
- Participation in supplier audits as well as evaluations and ratings and if necessary be the representative of the central unit according to internal guidelines
Skills (Qualifications)
- 3+ years experience as project buyer in electronic or manufacturing companies
- Bachelor Degree or above, major in Electronic/Engineering or related technical area;
- fluent English is must, fluent German is plus
- Familiar with SAP is plus.
- Independent working, pressure taking, team player.
- excellent communication and problem solving skill
