职位描述：
The job holder is taking the full responsibilities of supply base management, commodity sourcing and continous implement of supply chain, including but not limited within the follows:

- Responsible for non production goods; capex ,oil/chemicals,spare parts,tools,package, wastes dispose, service,etc;
- Contract/Price negotiation with suppliers for assigned commodity;
- Management of RFQ and order process according to company procedure;
- Management of supplier performance on OTD, cost and service;
- Eveluate and develope new suppliers with implementation of company standards including process & execution;
- Initiatives of continuous improvement and cost reduction;
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering is preferred;
- 3 years working experience of procurement in automotive or mechanical industry; SAP skills is preferred;
- Be familiar with MRO market;
- Office software is required;
- Good communication and negotiation skills; Result and service providing oriented; Willingness to business travel;
- Proven proficiency in purchasing with a manufacturing environment;
