职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、Be accountable for directing the design communication work correctly, within cost and schedule limits, according to project schedule.
依据项目，在预算成本及进度计划范围内，指导通信工作的正确实施
2、Converts customer requirements into conceptual designs and prepares associated alternative design solutions.
将客户需求转换为概念设计并准备可选的设计方案
3、Perform the communication subsystem detailed design correctly, which including 802.11 series and LTE wireless network.
完成通讯子系统的详细设计，包括802.11和LTE的无线网络设计
4、Direct the analysis and in-house simulations to identify the design feasibility.
指导分析并在室内模拟以验证设计的可行性
5、Direct to deploy the DCS subsystem on site correctly.
在现场正确地配置DCS子系统
6、Participate in the site commissioning and troubleshooting the field issues.
参与现场试运转及现场故障处理
7、Develop and direct maintenance and inspection activities of system and communications equipment to minimize equipment failures and resultant train delays in a cost effective manner with a sense of urgency.
开发、维护并检测系统及通讯设备，紧急情况下使设备故障最小化并有效控制列车延迟
8、Develop and direct plans in concert with Quality Assurance.
开发和管理计划使其余质量保证一致
9、Continuously work with Departments Supervisors to identify risk hazards associated with the safe operations of trains.
部门工作监督以识别与列车运营相关的风险
10、Finishing the other work required by leader.
完成领导要求的其它工作

任职要求
1、Bachelor's Degree or above in Communication Engineering, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or related fields.
通信工程，工业电气化，机械专业或者相关专业本科及以上
2、+8 years relevant work experience or equivalent
8年及以上相关工作经验
3、CET-4/6; etc.
大学英语四/六级证书；等
4、Be good at project management, time management, design innovation, building team, objective management, etc.
要求具有良好的项目管理能力、时间管理能力、创新设计能力、团队建设能力、目标管理能力
5、Strong ability to discover, analyze and solve the problem; clear thinking, consider question carefully.
较强的发现、分析、解决问题能力，思路清晰，考虑问题细致
6、Good presentation skill in oral and written, planning and organization skills.
具有良好的口头和书面表达能力，有较好的协调组织能力
7、Good communication, have ability to coordinate each phase products work, which includes Technical Dept., Manufacture Dept., QA(quality assurance) Dept., Purchase Dept., etc.
具有良好的沟通能力，能协调产品各阶段技术、生产、品管、采购等部门工作
8、Fluent English in oral and written.
流利的英语口语和写作能力
9、Be familiar with communication protocol、Network interface protocol
熟悉通信协议、网络接口协议
10、Solid knowledge of computer networks and communications, Understanding of mobile communication technology
有扎实计算机网络和通信基础知识，对移动通信技术有所了解
