Primary Responsibilities/主要职责:
? Optimize and improve C&B policies and plans based on business requirements. Periodically review C&B process to ensure HR operation effectiveness and efficiency.
? Monitor salary structures and benefits programs including review & analysis, internal promotion, external hires, market benchmarking.
? Provides qualified payroll & benefits services to all employees including monthly payroll calculation and payment, annual salary & benefits adjustment, letter generation and etc.
? Work with HR Vendor for social benefits administration and other personnel management and services.
? Works with outsourcing vendor, and related government authorities to make sure that the policies and payment are legally compliant with government authorities
? Answers the questions and provides consulting service to line managers and employees in terms of related questions
? Support on bonus plan design/review and other regional incentive plan initiatives annually
? Assist to conduct C&B projects and programs including annual merit increase, benefits programs review and development and etc.
? Be responsible for annual C&B budget and forecast.
? Be responsible for HR-TMS system operation and maintaining
? Responsible for both internal and external related audits, ensure compliance
? Optimize the individual tax liability as well as work with tax adviser on tax management, benefit management, and so on.
? Expats & Local Hired Foreigners’ Support and management
? Monitor and analyze labor cost movement and justify it rationality.
? Review C&B vendors including insurance and benefits vendors and related programs, and daily manage all related C&B vendors to continuously improve cost efficiency and service satisfaction of the vendors.
? Works closely with other HR colleagues to design and deliver talents retention plan/ schemes
? Responsible for personnel filing and labor contract management
? Participate in compensation and benefits related survey and benchmarking data searching.
? Coordination internal communication between management team and staff. Provide professional advice and service to internal customers.
? Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor degree, major in human resources management is preferred
- Sound experience in general HR profession with focus on Compensation area, at least 5+ years of experience as a compensation and benefits specialist in international companies
- Practical experience in operation and commercial incentive plans
- Working knowledge and experience in the aspects of job evaluation/ job analysis systems as well as the salary grade structure
- Good numerical sense and analytical skill
- Knowledge in HR Oracle as well as compensation Software
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Fluent communication skills both in oral and written in English.
- Familiar with Chinese labor laws and regulations, especially related to compensation
- Good team player, be able to work under pressure
- Being organized, proactive, result driven and fast learner
- Detailed focused and reliable
- Optimistic and energetic
- Able to work in cross functional teams
- Able to work in a global environment
