Primary Responsibilities:

1. To increase sales and to contribute to the development of the company's products, maximizing the potential of both existing clients and new business opportunities.

2. Develops and establishes the policies and procedures for department.

3. Participated in the developing of sales strategy.

4. Manages department budgets and staff.

5. Handles major issues either from internal and/or external sources.

6. Build and negotiate profitable business relationships with existing and prospective clients through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.

7. Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and associated documentation.

8. Establishes and maintains relationships with distributors and customers.

9. Ensure excellent communication with all departments to promote strong working relationships.

10. Present a professional image of the company through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and e-mail contact.

11. Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.

12. Produce concise monthly/weekly sales forecasts and reports.

13. Maintain a schedule of a report on prospects and client activity.

14. Compliance with company and departmental quality standards and procedures and company Health & Safety procedures and instructions.

15. Communications/alignments with Visteon AP and Visteon global CBG.

Key Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering, or a related management field, Masters Degree preferred.

2. Minimum of 7-10 years sales experience with very strong operational involvement in the automotive industry.

3. Minimum 3 years in a leadership position.

4. Must be willing to travel.

5. Knowledge of the automotive industrial markets.

6. Experienced in lighting product and program development.

7. Experience of supplying to businesses operating as first suppliers to the automotive industry.

8. Ability to work closely and effectively with customers to ensure consistency and efficiency.

9. Good at leadership skills, negotiation skills.

10. Must have good English communication skills (written and oral).
