Missions
Assemble moulds,adjust preses and carry out OK manufacture starting up Notify your head all drifts.装配模具、调整压机并确认启动生产，将所有的偏差告知负责人。
Main Responsibilties
1.Ensure the quality of products by carrying out the controls of level N2 通过进行N2级检查，确保产品的质量。
2.Ensure equipment productivity by complying with setting sheets at his disposal 通过遵守提供的调整工艺卡，确保设备的生产效率。
3.Comply with applicable work instructions 遵守适用的工作规定。
4.Maintain work equipment by looking after their storage status and cleanliness 对设备进行保养。
5.Carry out preventive maintenance of Level 1 完成等级1的预防性维修。
6.Identify and isolate non-conforming products 识别并隔离不合格的产品。
7.Assign people to jobs based on their empowerment and the planning of work loads 根据工人的资格和任务计划安排他们的工作。
8.Train operators to carry out operations,contribute to their empowerment and assist them 培训操作人员需要完成的操作，参与他们的资格培训并提供技术支持。
Requirements
1.2 to 5 yearsof experience in connectors automotive industry, knows Technical plastics(Pbt,PA),knows machine Borch 2至5年的工业自动连接器注塑相关工作经验。
2.Knowledge of design and kinematics of moulds or cutting tools 了解模具和切割工装的设计和结构。
3.Be able to read drawing 会看图纸。
4.Environmental knowledge 相关的环保知识。
5.Have got a training plastics ro injection machine driving 曾有过注塑机方面的培训经验。
6.Can manage the operatirs 管理操作工。
7.Must be able to communicate and read English 能用英语交流.
