Main Activities

-Research and develop new technologies and products addressing market/customer needs

- collaborate with the sister technical teams around the globe.

- Support technical service on trouble-shooting and project development

- Support product quality control method development

- Write studies timely and informatively

- Draft Laboratory procedure according to HSE-Q requirements

- Maintain lab in good condition and meet Company HSE-Q requirements

- Visit suppliers and customers occasionally upon request.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Master Degree in Polymer and Material Science

- Familiar with TS16949 including 5 tools: APQP, MSA, PFMEA, SPC and PPAP

- Entry level to two years of working experience

- Be able to work with regular chemicals

- Be able to differentiate colors by sight

SKILLS

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills;

- Fluent English and Chinese
