We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter/HR Generalist in Shanghai, China, reporting to the Human Resources Manager based in Vancouver, Canada. This is newly created position to assist our tremendous growth in our Asia-Pacific operations. The incumbent will be responsible for the recruitment and talent management of high-technology professionals throughout Asia-Pac.

Recruitment responsibilities will include:

? Full cycle recruitment and selection process - researching and implementing recruitment programs including social media and campus recruitment; preparing job postings, screening resumes; partnering with hiring managers to conduct candidate pre-screening and interviewing; conducting reference checks and producing written job offers.
? 负责整个招聘及甄选的全过程——研究和实施包括社交媒体和校园招聘的招聘程序;准备及发布招聘信息,筛选简历;与候选人的上级一起进行预先筛选和面试;进行背景调查,制定书面的录用通知。
? Manage relationships with recruitment agencies
? 管理与招聘机构的关系。
? Pro-actively source candidates through social media and networking events
? 积极主动通过社交媒体与网络来挖掘候选人。
HR Generalist responsibilities will include:

? Onboarding and orientation of new hires in Asia-Pac
? 为亚太区新员工进行入职培训及帮助员工适应工作环境。
? Preparing HR documentation including employment contracts, promotion/transfer/termination letters, performance management documentation and compensation adjustments
? 准备人事文档,包括员工合同,员工升职/换岗/解除劳动合同通知,员工绩效管理文档以及补偿调整。
? Ensuring HR compliance with respect to provincial and local employment laws
? 确保人事制度符合当地劳动法。
? Assist in employee terminations according to company policy and process. Conduct exit interviews
? 协助员工终止符合公司政策和流程,进行离职面谈。
? Monitor employee relations issues, coach staff and managers to ensure strong company culture. Provides basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles
? 监测员工关系问题,培训员工及管理人员,确保强有力的公司文化。为该方面表现有异常的员工提供基本的辅导。
? Actively markets LMI as an organization through both traditional and social media
? 通过传统或者社交媒体来提高LMI作为一个社会组织的知名度。
? Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

? Assist with organizing company events and career fairs

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years experience with technical recruiting and HR generalist responsibilities

? Ability to plan, organize, prioritize time/workload in order to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines
? 能够计划、组织、优化时间和工作量的分配,以便在最后期限内完成任务。
? Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances, thrive in a constantly changing business environment and handle multiple tasks
