职位描述：
- Be responsible for the implementation plan of new customers and new projects, and following them.
- 负责新客户，新项目的实施计划及跟踪落实；
- Cooperate with Sales Dept. to visit customers and continuously improve.
- 配合销售部完成对现有客户的定期走访，配合客户的持续改善；
- Assistance for selecting the new equipment and new tooling required by new techniques.
- 配合PPE部门做新的工艺所需要的新设备，新工装的选择；
- Be responsible for optimizing raw material selection
- 负责对原材料选择的优化；
- Be responsible for training new department members.
- 负责对部门新员工的培训及指导；
- Cooperate with Sales Dept. to receive the audit and visit made by the customers.
- 配合销售部接待客户的审核和新客户的访问；
- Be responsible for the technical approval for new supplier and new components.
- 负责对新供应商和新零件的技术认可；
- Be responsible for release of all the drawings and technical documents.
- 负责对所有图纸及技术文件的批准；
- Lead the product engineer to handle the technical or quality complaints from the customers.
- 配合产品工程师完成对客户技术质量投诉的处理；
- Implement ISO 9001 and ISO14001.
- ISO9001和ISO14001的贯彻实施；
- Be responsible for arranging sample making and assort with sample making.
- 负责安排和协调样品制作；
- Be responsible for KPI of the department and action plan.
- 负责对部门关键数据的分析，落实整改措施；
- Be responsible for department management.
