职位描述：
工作职责

工作概要：通过校区市场工作的开展，完成校区的招生任务和业绩指标；
1.通过多种渠道搜集潜在学员信息，执行各种具体的市场工作，包括常规的定点收单.活动收单等；
2.校区.社区.商务区周边宣传渠道的挖掘及合作谈判，开拓新的线下资源与合作渠道；
3.进行促销赠品的计划.申领与分发工作，节约促销赠品；
4.策划.组织并实施市场宣传活动，完成市场宣传计划，扩大品牌知名度，并定期进行总结汇报；
5.招聘.培训并管理***市场人员，与***人员一起，完成各类市场活动以及定点收单等市场工作；
6.搜集和反馈市场及同行业动态的相关信息，收集并分析相关数据和信息，提交市场调研报告；
7.定期完成校区市场数据的总结分析，并向相关领导汇报工作总结计划；
8.负责与社区.商超或物业的联系公关工作；
9.协助校区及公司组织开展的各项活动；
10.完成校长.主管或公司交办的其他工作。

 任职要求

1.专科及以上学历，有媒体工作经验及教育培训行业工作经验者优先；
2.热爱教育行业，熟悉和了解少儿培训行业的市场特点，对教育产品有一定了解；
3.善于沟通，具备优秀的创新开拓能力及良好的人际交流协调能力，有一定数据分析能力；
4.有敏锐的市场洞察力，有一定策划能力，具备渠道开发及组织实施能力，能够开拓多种途径扩大品牌知名度；
5.有团队精神，勤奋好学，做事认真踏实，喜欢户外工作，性格热情，亲和力强；
6.有一年以上少儿英语市场专员工作经验者优先。

Job Responsibilities

1.Enrolling new students through promotion events held by the school;
 2.Performing all kinds of marketing duties and methods to collect information on potential students, including distributing and collecting flyers at fixed places and at events;
 3.Finding advertising methods near schools, communities, and business districts, negotiating partnerships, and expanding non-Internet resources and partnerships;
 4.Creating discount and gift plans, applying for, obtaining, sorting, and sending gifts, and distributing gi

fts frugally;

5.Planning and holding promotion events, completing advertising plans, increasing the school’s recognition, and summarizing and reporting this information every set period of time;
 6.Recruiting, training, and managing the part-time marketing staff, and coordinating them to hold many kinds of marketing events and collect flyers at fixed places;
 7.Collecting information and feedback about other English-language schools, and collecting and analyzing related data and information to write investigative reports;
 8.Completing, summarizing, and analyzing marketing data, reporting summaries and plans to the administrators every set period of time;
 9.Responsible for community, supermarket, or business communications for public relations opportunities;
 10.Helping the school and company to organize and hold various events;
 11.Completing duties given by the principal, supervisor, and company.

Requirements

12.Minimum of a junior college degree, with media and educational experience preferred;
 13.Loves this line of work, familiar with and understanding of the features of the youth teaching market, and understanding of the educational materials;
 14.Is good at communication, has excellent creative skills, and has analytical skills;
 15.Observes and is sensitive to the market, has planning skills, has the ability to develop, organize, and carry out methods, and can create ways to increase the school’s recognition;
