工作职责
工作概要: 完成校区制定的销售目标;
1、做好客户资源的录入整理,完成电话邀约、面谈、签约(主要工作);
2、通过电话沟通为客户安排预约体验课,做好接待工作并记录相关信息与家长保持联系;
3、根据学员英语水平和预期学习目标帮助学员选择合适的课程;
4、整理客户资料,对各项数据进行不断的梳理、统计及录入工作;
5、不断提升咨询水平,及时总结反思;
6、协助主管完成部门月度、年度销售任务;
7、每月力争超额完成个人销售任务,跟踪执行过程和结果,维护企业形象;
8、参与接受部门和公司组织的各种学习和培训;
9、协助校长及公司组织开展的各项活动;
10、完成校长、主管或公司交办的其他工作。
任职资格
1、大专以上学历;
2、2诚实正直并具有良好职业道德;
3、具备良好的沟通说服能力和技巧,一定的应对解决问题的能力;
4、能适应工作压力、进取心强,追求有挑战性的工作;
5、优秀的团队合作意识、乐观的态度、良好的服务意识;
6、从事过文化教育咨询、销售岗位者优先。
Job Responsibilities
1、Organizing information about new clients, calling parents to invite their children to demo classes, and meeting with parents to introduce the school and enroll students;
2、Scheduling demo classes with parents over the phone and greeting them on the premises;
3、Helping parents choose a curriculum based on their child’s English skill level and the parents’ expectations;
4、Organizing information and data about clients, and typing up data and statistics;
5、Improving self consulting skills, and reflecting on own strengths and weaknesses;
6、Helping the supervisor to complete sales targets and annual targets;
7、Reaching and surpassing monthly goals set by the supervisor, following and carrying out procedures and results, and protecting the company’s image;
8、Participating in departmental and company training;
9、 Helping the principal and company during events;
10、Completing additional duties given by the supervisor, principal, and company.
Requirements
1、Minimum of a junior college degree;
2、Is honest and full of integrity; Has professional ethics;
3、Has good communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills;
4、Can adapt to work-related pressure, dedicated and hardworking, and willing to pursue challenging work;
5、Has excellent teamwork skills, as well as an optimistic and good service-oriented attitude;
6、Experience in the consulting or sales/marketing fields is preferred.
