职位描述：
Responsibilities/Tasks
职责/任务
1、Check all the accounting entries and journals, ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial booking,
检查、审核所有的会计分录和账目，确保财务记录的准确性和及时性；
2、Complete monthly closing for GL,
完成每月的结帐工作；
3、Prepare PRC financial report including local statutory reports, statistics reports, etc.,
编制中国财务报告，包括法定会计报表，统计报告等；
4、Maintain master data&file in ERP and explore any improvement in system,
维护ERP系统中的主文件，归档更新，寻求ERP改进的机会；
5、Perform routine inventory management including organize stocktaking, review abnormal items and make proposals,
执行存货的日常管理，包括组织和实施存货盘点，核查列为异常项目的物料，提出处理建议等；
6、Assist finance manager in external and internal audit, FX annual examination, CIT annual filing,
协助财务经理执行内、外审计，外汇年检以及所得税汇算清缴工作；
7、Supervise and coach other team members for accounting function development,
监督和指导团队其他成员的工作，加强会计核算体系的功能；
8、Assist finance manager in improving accounting policies and internal control system,
协助财务经理完善公司内部的各项会计政策和内控制度；
9、Other tasks required by finance manager.
其他财务经理安排的工作。

Education background, relevant professional skills
岗位所需学历及相关专业技能
1、Bachelor degree in accounting or finance,
会计或财务本科专业；
2、Min 6 years of relevant working experience in finance & accounting of a MNC, of which min 3 years experience in manufacturing,
至少6年外资企业相关工作经验，其中要有三年在制造业；
3、A team player with leadership ability, willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadline,
团队合作的同时具备一定的领导能力，愿意承担工作压力和满足规定的时限要求；
4、Strong interpersonal and communication skills with strong problem solving ability,
较强的人际沟通能力和解决问题的能力；
5、Working experience of ERP is a must,
须有ERP应用经验；
6、Good English writing&speaking command and computer skills.
