岗位职责：
Job responsibility:
1. 根据物料需求部门的物料采购计划编制采购订单，并积极落实跟单，确保物料按期到货
Create purchase order, implement checking order, and ensure material arrive on time according to purchasing plan
2. 协同质量部门和仓库完成物料到货后进货检验、入库工作
Coordinate quality department and warehouse to finish receiving inspection and be put in storage
3. 按期和供应商进行账目核对，监督供应商的开票结算行为
Check accounting with supplier on schedule, supervise supplier make out a fapiao and close account
4. 协同财务部门进行发票整理、结算，编制月度付款报表报采购部经理审批
Coordinate financial department to dispose the fapiao, close account ,makemonthly payment report to Purchasing Manager to check and approve
5. 采购订单及其相关财务单据的ERP录入和维护
ERP input and maintain of purchase order and financial documents
6. 建立和管理采购订单台账，为供应商管理提取数据提供支撑
Create and manage purchase account, to support supplier management
7. 临时采购的结算和报销
Close account and apply for reimbursement for temporary purchase

8. 完成领导安排的其他工作任务

岗位要求：
Job requirement:
1. 大专以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验
Above junior college degree, have 2 years related working experience
2. 了解采购流程，有一定采购经验
Realize purchase process, have certain purchase experience
3. 熟练使用ERP和OFFICE办公软件，具备一定的公文能力和数据统计能力
Be familiar with ERP and office software, have certain official writing ability and statistics ability
4. 善于统筹安排，具有一定的谈判技能及潜质
Good at making overall arrangements, have certain negotiation skill and potential
5. 良好的英语读写能力
