职位描述：
Key Accountabilities:
1. Test and troubleshoot controls of plastic injection molding machinery and related automation.
2. Works with engineering team to assist in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes to support general growth and capacity.
3. Required to comply with all outlined safety procedures and guidelines and expected to drive and uphold first class standards in employee safety initiatives.
4. Evaluates reliability data and achieves improvements in equipment downtime and improve equipment utilization.
5. Works with R&D and operations to introduce and scale up new products and processes based on current equipment capabilities.
6. Issues regular status reports in established format.
7. Work with outside vendors to ensure designs are properly executed and schedules maintained.
8. Ensures adequacy of process controls and measuring equipment to appropriate standards through proper preventive maintenance and calibration standards.
9. Assist in mechanical assembly or other production duties to meet expected deliverables.
10. Assist in organizational activities such as physical inventory or inventory adjustments, re-arrangement of work areas and other similar activities
11. Work with operations leadership to identify and resolve manufacturing and quality issues.
12. Monitor and improve productivity through the use of Lean Six Sigma or related tools.
Job Requirements:
1. Computer orientated (Microsoft Office, Auto CAD)
2. Demonstrated leadership and Training, evaluating, and mentoring other plastic technicians.
3. Strong written, oral, and presentation skills, excellent communication skills
4. Creative thinker; strong analytical and decision making skills
5. Occasional travel may require visiting vendors, OEMs, etc.
6. Plastic Injection Molding or equivalent work history.
7. Familiarity with cellular manufacturing and JIT (Just in Time) concept. 举报 分享
