职位描述：
Responsible for dealing with the customer complaints;
1. communicating with the customer due to customer feedback,including customer complaints;identifying the nonconforming product at the site of customer;
2. Organizing the related departments to analyzing the quality issues;
3. Compiling and submitting analysis report;
4. Tracing the improvement of quality issues;
5. Issuing the quality alert.


Responsible for document control, including Quality document of ISO9001, ISO14001
1. distribution and preserving documents;
2. assisting manager in compiling documents;
