职位描述：
Requirements for mechanic technicians
1. Needs a good technical understanding for CNC controlled machines.
2. Must be able to read technical drawings.
3. Must be able to assemble building units according to drawing.
4. Must be able to read fluid plans such as hydraulic plans, pneumatic plans,
lubrication plans and coolant plans.
5. Need a very good knowledge about hydraulic systems.
? Must be able to detect and repair faults in the hydraulic system.
? Must be able to adjust the pressure of hydraulic components
according to hydraulic plan.
6. Need a very good knowledge about pneumatic systems.
? Must be able to detect and repair faults in the pneumatic system.
? Must be able to adjust the pressure of pneumatic components
            according to pneumatic plan.
7. Knowledge about hydraulic presses desirable.

Responsibilities
1. Preventive machinery maintenances according to maintenance schedule taking into account the safety regulations.
2. Carrying out of machine repairs due to mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic failures taking into account the safety regulations and properly processing of
the repair orders.
3. Carrying out of planned equipment improvements.
4. Repairs and maintenance of building facility.
5. Compliance with order and cleanliness of the maintenance department regarding to the 5S method.
6. To complete other tasks assigned by superior. 举报 分享
