2.了解TS-16949/ISO-9001 knowledge
3.英语良好
4.4年以上胶管开发经验
Responsibilities职责:
"1.Customer satisfaction
- Play a key role in developing and/or improving hose design, materials, formulations and processes for engine hose products in China.
- To work with plant engineers, he/she will: design new and improve existing hoses products, assemblies and manufacturing processes and tracked through the New Product/Process Development system
- To provide technical support to customers, production and the commercial organization.
2.Growth
- To utilize all available internal (corporate R &D, FEA, compounding) resources and external (vendors, customers, Benchmarking) to meet and exceed timelines from designs to market.
- To coordinate all development through Growth Track and the Project Prioritization Process
-Documentation of project work expected in the form of detailed technical reports, presentations and management updates
3.Market leadership
- To transfer best practices from other Gates plants or external companies in order to improve the plant technology
- To use the Gates Forward Quality Planning to develop robust products
4.Value Creation
- To be involved in GPS activities
- To lead saving projects based on : new and alternates materials, new processes and changes to current processes, suppliers development
- To find innovative solutions to solve customer problems
5.Citizenship
- To participate on Tomkins HSE Excellence program as required
- To conduct analysis of HSE impact of new material and processes
6.People development
- To participate in company training as required
- To meet career plan for GPS and for the position
- To provide training in product application to customers and to associates.

4 years working experience in Engine hose developing area, familiar with the hose structure design of engine hose, such as: fuel, oil, brake, exhaust engine hose, know how to use the methodology to improve the hose performance in the engine hose area
B) Desirable 理想要求：
Educational Requirement 教育（受训）要求：
A) Essential 基本要求：
1.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering or related technical field
2.Fluent in English
3.TS-16949/ISO-9001 knowledge
B) Desirable 理想要求：
1. Familiarity with FEA, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis
2.Demonstrated understanding of problem solving & quality improvement techniques
3.Industrial processing experience with rubber materials (mixing, extrusion, etc.) a plus
4.Willingness and ability to perform hands-on experimental and testing work when required
