POSITION职位

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
岗位职责:
? Analyse the long-term plans, production capacity, delivery and material requirements; be responsible to make weekly and monthly plans for production.
对长期的计划，产能，产品交货，物料需求等进行分析，负责生产月计划与周计划的编制

? Be responsible for implementing the time table of production plans.
负责对工厂的生产计划时间表的落实

? Adjust the plans to meet the delivery target according to the production and supplying.
依据生产计划的完成情况、采购物资供应情况等，合理调整生产计划达成出货要求

? Send orders to related suppliers in the system to make sure they deliver in time.
系统下单并安排给相关供应商，确保供应商按时出货。

? Be responsible for the material preparation of order changing and clearing when order closed.
做好生产现场转单的物料供应筹备工作与结单时产品数量物料清退跟进工作。

? Make records of material inventory and apply for materials when necessary.
编制材料库存记录和物料的采购申请。

? Follow, co-ordinate and control the process of production and make sure the materials can be supplied as required.
跟踪，协调，控制生产过程；依订单生产之要求，跟踪需料需求、备料催询、紧急催询的落实工作。

? Assist the production manager to communicate with different departments to ensure the smooth progress of production.
协助生产经理协调工厂内各部门，解决生产障碍，保证生产的顺利进行。

? Finishing the other work required by leader.
完成领导要求的其它工作 .

? Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
始终保持一个安全、整洁的工作环境。

? Understand, follow and enforce all Company rules, expectations and regulations.
了解，遵循并且执行公司所有的规定和规则。

? Perform all other duties as assigned or required by management.
执行由管理层指派或要求所有其他工作。

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
学历和经验要求:

? Bachelor degree or above
本科以上学历

? 3 years’ experience of production planning in related industry
      至少3年生产计划经验

? Strong skills of communication, teamwork, self-management and target oriented
良好的沟通技巧，团队合作，自我管理，良好的组织性和目标性。

? Understand JIT
理解JIT生产

? Master of MS Office; Experience of ERP or SAP preferred
精通MS Office;有过ERP或SAP经验的优先 举报 分享
