POSITION
This position will reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for providing and monitoring the quality tools, methods, and data to assure the suppliers’ ongoing production process, semi-finished and finished goods are defect-free before shipping the components or Finished Goods to Belkin CZ factory.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
岗位职责:
A. Partnering with Operations department, participate in the selection, qualification, and development of new suppliers.
与运营部门合作，参与供应商的选择、评估和开发。
B. Monitor the suppliers of Belkin CZ at full time. Ensure the test plans are ready before mass production. Ensure the production processes are carried out per specification and requirements. Ensure the Finish goods of every single lot are verified and inspected before shipping to Belkin CZ factory.
全程管理贝尔金常州工厂的供应商，确保量产前完成相应的测试计划；确保生产过程符合规范和要求；确保每托产品在发货前经过严格的检查。
C. Review Supplier’s quality assurance documentation to ensure that the production process are well monitored, implemented, and documented.
审核供应商的质量合规文件，确保其生产过程受控，合规以及留有相应的记录。
D. Perform Failure Analysis with Engineering Department and coordinate return/complaint resolution with Engineering Services Department. Provide intelligent analysis of quality issues, determining true root cause and permanent corrective and preventive actions.
与工程部合作实行失效分析，并与工程服务部门协作完成退货/投诉方案；提供合理的质量分析，确定问题产生的根源并提供修正的解决方案。
E. Ensure and monitor of implementation of First Article Inspection (FAI) process, and verify corrective action plan before mass production.
确保有效管控首样检测过程，并在量产前给出正确有效的计划。
F. Champion and train suppliers on primary quality tools; SPC, Problem Solving, DFx, FMEA, etc. Improve outgoing quality by Statistic Process Analysis and Control.
对供应商进行择优筛选并对供应商用主要的质量工具进行培训，比如：SPC、Problem Solving、DFx、FMEA等等，通过状态分析和管控提高供应商质量。
G. Provide expert knowledge and data to Belkin technical staff to influence product, sub-assembly, and components designs based upon process and product quality data and trend information.
通过对过程和产品质量的数据和趋向的分析，为贝尔金相关技术部门提供专业的数据支持。
H. Provide mentoring to less-senior engineers, and inspectors within the Quality function.
为非资深工程师及质检员提供指导，
I. Communicate with other team or/and external laboratory regarding new updated regulations and requirement for new items. Incorporate all new compliance into SQA’s general internal requirements.
保持与其他部门及外部机构积极沟通，确保及时更新新产品的标准和要求信息，并保持内部要求一致。
J. Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
始终保持一个安全、整洁的工作环境。
K. Understand, follow and enforce all Company rules, expectations and regulations.

L. Perform all other duties as assigned or required by management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
学历和经验要求:

A. Five years’ experience in SQA field with significant hands-on quality and manufacturing experience. Solid experience in Consumer Electronics or equivalent with exposure to IEC60950, IEC60884 BS1363, UL, CE, FCC, EMI, A/CTick, IPC610 is preferred
至少在SQA方面有5年以上工作经验，在制造业和品质管理方面有充分的经验。在消费电子方面有扎实经验的，或者在IEC60950, IEC60884 BS1363, UL, CE, FCC, EMI, A/CTick, IPC610方面有同等的实践经验的优先。
B. B.S. degree required in engineering discipline, EE preferred.
要求工程专业相关本科学历，电子专业优先；
C. Solid analytical skills. Understand and able to generate quality metrics
优秀的分析能力，能够理解并生成相关的质量指标。
D. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and good attitude in working with China factories, overseas customers and internal colleagues. Good command in English both writing and speaking
建立良好的人际关系，并与国内外的团队和同事协同工作。精通中英文对话和书写。
E. Able to work independently under pressure and can accept multiple tasks simultaneously
能够在快压力下独立完成工作并能够接受多个工作任务同时进行。
F. This position will require approximately 90% of travel to monitor the suppliers located in northern and southern regions of China
