职位描述：
Job objective
？ Management quality claim of customer, internal and supplier.
？ Evaluate the performance of supplier and internal process
？ Good communication
？ Support to purchase do qualify for supplier, optimize supplier manual
Regular duties and responsibilities
1. Represent The Quality Manager on quality issues delegated to him
2. Organize related departments, analyze internal quality issue, implementing corrective action& improving plans.
3. Handle supplier complaint issues, and recommend implementation of corrective and preventive actions for supplier improvement and elimination of defects, follow-up process improvement as needed.
4. Handle customer complaint issues, make the report with 8D methodology, survey customer satisfaction for product quality.
5. Summarize claim information and cost.
6. Date statistics and analysis.
7. Train inspectors and suppliers
8. Supervise production process, working competence and performance.
9. Document and record control.
10. Involve to the Management of continuous improvement
11. Coordinate Management of actions with all related department to guaranty quality,
12. Other Job that assigned by Quality Manager.
Qualification
Education & Experience
1. Master Microsoft office tools and able to adapt to SAP and Babtec as a user
2. Master World class manufacturing tools (SPC, PDCA, 5 why, process control….)
3. Good communication skills.
4. Good level of English to be able to work with abroad colleagues.
5. Have the Knowledge and experience with the VDA and IATF 16949, and others system.
