职位描述：
1. Compile welding procedure qualification record and welding procedure specification
 按照相关标准编制焊接工艺评定（PQR）和焊接工艺规程（WPS）；
2. Design and make improvement on welding, riveting, shaft insertion fixtures
设计和改进焊接、铆接、插轴工装；
3. Solve welding, riveting, shaft insertion problems on the site of production
解决生产现场的焊接、铆接、插轴技术问题；
4. Inspect and Improve welding, riveting, shaft insertion qualities
对焊接、铆接、插轴质量进行把关和改善；
5. Choose the right welding machines and edit the operation manual for the welders
对焊接设备进行选型并制定焊接设备的操作规程；
6. Quote for new projects about welding, riveting, shaft insertion process.
对新项目的焊接、铆接、插轴等工序报价；
6. Other tasks according company needs
公司需要其完成其他的工作。

岗位要求：
