Responsibilities:
？Manage the China full A&AC scope finance, accounting and control function under Suzhou legal entity and Changzhou Greenfield project and operations.
？Manage on-going financial aspects of business, driver of finance strategy implementation and business development by supporting mergers and acquisitions task force.
？Management of Planning and Forecasting Process by leading Sales and Operations Planning team.
？Cash Management and managing the treasury activities of the legal entity.
？Policy, Procedure and other compliance matters.
？Managing the Information Technology for the China organization.
？Operations Support; managing China finance team.
？People development.
？Support CNY 560 Mln. Changzhou Greenfield project.
？Drive the OneFinance project and set-up shared accounting services in China, achieving operational excellence in accounting & finance services.
？Support business growth strategy including acquisition. Help identifying M&A targets to expand A&AC market share and growth ahead of the market in the mid-segment by leading the M&A efforts to finalizing the integration process.
？Lead margin management taskforce to improve overall operating margin of the A&AC portfolio by managing analytical team and the pricing manager for China.
？Drive development and translate use of economic decision making tools for the commercial workforce to gain more efficiency in acquiring customer base. Lead in customer acquisition for bigger(+?10 mln) deals with key OEM's.
？Lead business process improvement project for the Chinese organization by building and developing and implementing structural business processes that will facilitate the hyper growth organization.
？Owner and development of strategic roadmap for China by consolidating market share information, using the business intelligence team and translating this into capacity planning and specific organizational objectives.

Requirements:
？University degree in business, finance or accounting with more than 10 years of relevant working experience, including minimum of 5 yrs in a managerial capacity, in a multinational environment.
？Worked in multiple industries and multiple cultures.
？Audit experience at one of the big four audit firms required.
？Mergers and Acquisition experience required.
？Bachelor degree in business and accounting and CPA required.
？Thorough SAP R3 and BW knowledge required
