工作内容：
Job description:

1. 售后工程师主要职责是提供客户现场Gamatronic不间断电源及其他产品的维修，调试，安装工作
The aftersales Engineer's main responsibility is to provide customer-site repair, commissioning, installation supervision and modification of Gamatronic UPS systems and other products.
2. 直接和客户沟通联系，售后工程师是客户和售后团队及工厂的纽带
In direct contact with the customer, the aftersales engineer is the connection between customer ,after sales service and factory.
3. 执行Gamatronic产品的安装指导工作（包括电池），执行Gamatronic UPS的维护保养工作（包括电池）
Performs installation supervision and commissioning of Gamatronic products including the batteries.. Performs maintenance for Gamatronic UPS equipment including batteries and power distribution system.
4. 解决客户现场的各种问题，并且提供相应报告
Solve UPS problems at customer site and provides reports on these issues.
5. 有责任提供现场的故障报告，同时挖掘分析故障根本原因
Responsible for identifying and reporting failure modes encountered when in the field. Also responsible for determining the cause of these failures.
6. 为客户培训Gamatronic产品知识和使用方法。可以电话沟通或面对面指导客户，为客户着想，了解客户现场环境和产品，填写所有现场报告（包括客户的报告）
Trains customers on equipment operation and maintenance of Gamatronic products. Interact with customers by phone or face to face. Represents Gamatronic in dealing with customer concerns. Acquisition of Customer Service products. Fill in all required reports and complete the necessary documents
7. 具有安全意识，不可进行危险操作
Not exposing himself, anyone else or properties to a danger, safety sense.
8. 现场故障反馈，分析，与工厂质量部门保持沟通
Site fault feedback, analysis and cooperate with factory quality department

任职资格：
Job qualification
1. 具备3年电力行业工作背景，电气或相关专业，UPS行业优先
Electrical technician with min. 3 years experience in field service/ BS degree of Electrical Engineering or equivalent, UPS background is prefer.
2. 电气工程师或相关背景，具备的电力理论知识到元器件背景
Electrical Engineering or equivalent knowledge of electronic theory to component level
3. 具备计算机使用能力
Good computer skill
4. 可以使用万用表，电流卡钳及其他电力测量工具
Familiar with electric measure tools like mulit-meter, current clamp and so on.
5. 具备英语沟通书写能力者优先
Written and verbal communication skills in English is prefer.
6. 能适应不定时加班及出差的工作条件；
Good practical ability. Be willing to travel frequently and experience rough work
7. 有外企工作经验者优先
High priority for candidate with foreign enterprise experience
