职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
主要职责及其他工作内容如下：
1.Participate in new project APQP with TE and PE;
2.New product drawing analysis ,responsible for gauge design、gauge concept confirmation and follow up with measurement engineer to complete the inspection.
3.Initiate and execute the control plan for new product (Prototype、ramp up、mass production)
4.Submit the prototype and inspection report;
5.Establish process/product inspection specification and visual inspection ,as well as the boundary samples
6.Organize and submit the PPAP and follow up the PPAP approval;
7.Participate new supplier / new material approval;
8.Compile and submit new product IMDS/CAMDS to customer and follow up approval;
9.Take the responsibility of product and drawing knowledge, method of use gauge, statistical tooling and dispose flow for inspectors irregularly;
10.Monitor production process and submit report according customer requirement;
11.Deal with production problems in time;
12.Statistics and analysis process problems ,guide process improve ;finished monthly report;
13.Make product audit and year type test plan and organize to carry out;
14.Deal with customer complain ,follow up and collect, analysis ;
15.Submit and update PPAP ;save approved PPAP files;
16.Communicate with customer before audit;
17.Report problems findings and asked related department to improve;
18.Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives;
19.Support customer come to audit ;
Education and/or Experience:
教育背景/工作经历：

College degree or above, below 35 years old; major in material or mechanical related is prefer
- At least 3 years measurement experience with calibration knowledge;
- Familiar with CMM and MSA.
