职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、协助销售经理进行出口项目的事务联络、传达及处理；包括询报价、技术确认、合同的执行和实施，售后服务等；
2、协助销售经理进行出口项目的出口制单、订舱、相关单据认证和认领、货代联络、报关及装箱等；
3、负责出口项目供应商和品牌的管理、客户资料收集完善并建档、出口客户餐宿安排、日常会议安排及会议记录；
4、负责公司出口合同的管理，并及时更新合同结点，定期发送销售经理；销售产品的价格整理、归纳、便于查询和报价；
5、领导临时交办的各种事务处理。

任职要求：
1、国际贸易（或相关专业）本科及本科以上学历
2、1-2年外贸行业工作经验；
3、熟悉贸易工作的各项具体流程及相关法律法规，熟知贸易术语、物流、报关及税务知识；
4、大学英语六级或同等英语水平，口语流利；
5、熟练使用计算机办公软件及相关软件；
6、具有良好的沟通、处理问题的能力，责任心强，抗压性强。
7、有意愿从事外贸销售者优先。
