Qualifications
任职资格
- Junior college in mechanical, electrical engineering, material or similar field. Major in wire & cable manufacture will be a plus
- 机械、电气工程、材料类专业大专以上学历，电线电缆专业优先考虑。
- Over 2 year process engineer or manufacture engineer. (For PC/WH)
- 有2年以上工艺或制造方面的工作经验。（PC/WH工艺工程师）
- Over 3-year process work experience in wire & cable industry (For EX)
- 3年以上电线或线缆工艺工作经验 (EX 工艺工程师)
- Skilled SAP operation SAP操作熟练
- Production process know how 熟悉生产工艺
- Time measurement, such as REFA 时间测定，如REFA等
- Good ability in organizing, coordinating, analyzing & team work spirits;
- 具有一定的组织、协调、分析能力和团队协作精神；
- Familiar with Office, AutoCAD or Solidworks operation;
- 能熟练使用Office, AutoCAD等软件。

- Make all of quotation process flow chart for Power cords / Wire harness / Cord winder / Tubes of Level I & Level II
编制Level I & Level II电源线/线束/卷线盘/蒸汽管产品报价P-Flow
- Make equipment and tooling investment list for Wire harness of Level I & Level II
编制Level I & Level II 线束产品的投资申请表
- Update routing based Chang Notice from Engineer Dept.
根据工程变更通知及时更新所有产品Routing
- Design process and process flow base on product and production.
根据产品要求和生产实际， 进行工艺、工艺流程的设计
- Make working instruction and others documents, such as WI and parameter chart
编制作业指导书、生产参数表等工艺文件
- Make training document and implement training for relative people according to HR plan
    编制培训资料，并按要求对相关人员培训
- New fixture and tools development from design until release
生产所用夹具的设计、开制、释放
- Capacity analyze
产能分析
- Production problem hunting.
生产过程中的问题进行分析、改进
- Process improvement, enhance production efficiency
对生产现场的持续改进和生产效率的提高；
- Release standard new machines or equipment
标准新机器、新设备的释放
- New technology research and introduction
新技术的研究与导入
- Others task arranged by supervisor temporarily
