职位描述：
Key Responsibilities主要职责：
？ Contact point for the customer focus team.
？ Manage and execute the advanced supply chain planning workbench to release planned orders/purchase orders, manage requisitions.
？ Analysis and reporting of material availability and last part in-house on orders by project.
？ Overall coordination between the customer and/or customer focused team leader on the results / impacts of expedites / shortages.
？ Interface with customer on parts shortages or delays etc on anything that will affect their delivery, propose alternative & stock source/PPV check
？ Set-up list price/sourcing rules/blanket order/MOQ/Lead time….
？ Lean materials reporting and analysis of program for every part (PFEP) and identify inventory obsolescence and excess or end-of-life components in the market
？ Managing purchase order action notices (reschedule in, reschedule out and cancel messages
？ Supplier metrics reporting such as deliveries, past dues, and QBR surveys.
？ Re-quote materials on existing business, including cost reductions, purchase price variance analysis
？ Manage quality returns to suppliers, supplier RMAs, supplier on time payment, invoice issues

Qualifications任职资格：
？ At least 5 years working experience on planning or purchasing in EMS industry
？ Good communication skills & team work with internal functional team
？ Good English both speaking and writing, good office software skill, know Oracle system
