职位描述：
Define , develop and implement company quality management system structure
Responsible of setting ISO9001:2000 standards procedures and documents.
Lead all Quality Member Committee in order to get the final certification.
Ensure ISO procedure are followed and record all required document as probe of its performance
Define ,develop and implement Incoming quality control (IQC) for raw materials .
Define with Engineering Department the quality standards to fulfill for every raw material and finally define its Incoming Check Control
Management of Non Conformity Issues in raw material receivable.
Create the IQC monthly report (cost of non qualified material, non qualified vendors history…)
Define, develop and implement In Process quality control (IPQC) for manufacturing items. Define with Engineering Department the quality standards to fulfill for every product on its manufacturing processes.
Create the IPQC monthly report (cost of non qualified material, working centers non qualified issues history…)
Define, develop and implement Final Quality control (FQC) for our sales products. Define with Engineering Department the quality standards to fulfill for every final product before it is suitable to be sole to our customer.
Create the FQC monthly report (cost of non qualified material, working centers non qualified issues history…)
Define, develop and implement Customer Service Center (CSC). This will be in charge for all quality issues reported by our customers once they receive our goods.
Create the CSC monthly report (cost of non qualified finished goods, reasons, actions required …)
With Human Resources Manager be responsible of design the work position for every subordinate ( job responsibilities, educational requirement, salary policy, employee valuations)
Lead all his subordinate department managers to achieve the company mayor objectives.
Set for every subordinates their targets and goals, set control procedure and reports
Analysis the different operations report and in case actions are required develop the method to solve any issue


Bachelor degree in Engineering, either Mechanical , Electrical or Quality
At least 3 years experience in a similar position in an international company
Fully understanding of ISO Quality Management
Previous experience in generating set field
Familiar with Sheet Metal Processes
Familiar with Electrical- Mechanical Assembly processes
Familiar with IQC, IPC and FQC techniques and quality assurance tools
Proactive, affinity, patient, careful, reliable, teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure, adaptability to changing environment.
Good English in speaking, writing, listening and reading.
Proficient in using common office software and quality database. Able to use Design Software AutoCAD, 3D.
Overtime is needed in case necessary. Able to travel abroad. 举报 分享
