职位描述：
Job Summary：
The position of Regional Product Support Manager will maintain the external focus for technical support on product technical and product reliability issues that are identified for problem resolution for Changzhou built Global Series Tractors with in the region(s) of responsibility. This is a pivotal role with in the Global Series technical support group working with the product performance manager who has an internal focus to the applicable engineering and manufacturing functions.

Job Responsibilities
- Collate and quantify field service technical and functional issues from region(s) of responsibility providing all required technical & warranty failure information.
- Coordinate all field campaigns / repair programs ensuring that completion rates are achieved in line with company objectives
- Author service bulletins providing additional technical information to dealers and distributors to suit AGCO global / regional requirements
- Provide AGCO SOURCE Knowledge based system with known resolutions to field service issues.
- Attend training and service review meetings
- Support regional service training requirements to Dealer and Distributor staff where required

Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience working directly with Agricultural Equipment or in a related industry
- Degree level or proven experience in Agriculture machinery or related industry
- Competent use of English both written and aural. - Additional languages would be an advantage IE; Chinese / French
- Proven communication and negotiation skills both verbal & written. Good presentation skills when identifying regional technical issues for timely resolution. Good attention to detail. Ability to influence people. Confident and assertive, Proven administration skills 举报 分享
