？ Tempel’s Operation Program (TOP) is a 2-year engineering leadership development training program for high potential candidates interested in assuming increased levels of responsibility. Bright, driven individuals learn a multitude of aspects of the electrical steel lamination manufacturing industry. We will build on your academic technical skills by exposing you to a variety of functional areas to gain a wholistic view of the business and our culture.
腾普集团国际管培生项目，是一项为期两年的发展工程方面管理能力的培训项目。主要针对那些愿意逐步承担责任并具备较高潜力的候选人。我们也会推动个人全面学习电工钢片制造业方面的相关知识。我们将让你尽可能多地接触多个业务模块，以全面了解我们的业务及企业文化，以此来提升你的专业技能。
？ In this role, the TOP Engineer will spend four six month rotations at Tempel’s manufacturing facilities in Chicago, USA, Chennai, India, Changzhou, China, and Monterrey, Mexico. The rotations will be split between taking on strategic positions within various operational functional areas as well as leading high impact, high visibility projects that will mainly be focused on improving processes throughout different areas of the organization. Engineers will be assigned a mentor for development and coaching while working in their developmental assignments.
国际管培生将会于两年时间内，分别在腾普集团的四个地区工厂轮岗六个月，包括美国芝加哥工厂、印度钦奈工厂、中国常州工厂以及墨西哥蒙特雷工厂。这种轮岗制工作主要包括两大部分，一是在各个运营模块担任具有战略意义的职位，二是负责具有高影响力、高可见性的项目，主要集中在改善组织内不同区域的流程。我们将为每位管培生分配一位导师，对其项目进行相应指导。
？ At the end of the 2 year rotational program, the individual will matriculate back to their hiring division and take on a strategic individual contributor or supervisory role within the organization which may include, but are not limited to, Process Engineer, Project Engineer, Quality Engineer, Automation Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Steel Technology / Materials Engineer, Operational Zone Leader, Industrial Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer, and Production Coordinator.
在两年的集团轮岗项目后期，通过最终考核并合格的录用者会回到常州工厂，在组织架构中担任战略性执行类或管理类角色，包括但不限于，工艺工程师、项目工程师、质量工程师、自动化工程师、制造工程师、钢材技术/材料工程师、生产工段长、工业工程师、持续改善工程师、产品协调员等。
2. 主要工作职责Key Responsibilities:
？ Lead 2 successful cross functional projects that deliver positive financial impact to the business;
组织领导2个成功的跨职能项目，并对业务发展有积极影响；
？ Make positive contributions to the business using knowledge gained during the 2 rotations filling a strategic role;
利用两年轮岗所获得的知识对集团业务做出积极有效的贡献；
？ Analyze, detect, propose changes, implement, review and standardize processes to help improve operational execution;
分析、监测、提出变更、实施，审核并使流程标准化，帮助提高生产运营状况；
？ Provide monthly reports updating progress of project / position and personal development through mentorship;
提供关于项目、职位进展以及通过导师制获得的个人发展的月度更新报告；
？ Translate lessons learned and best practices between divisions;
在各个地区工厂对所学知识以及***实践任务进行转化；
？ Build strong interpersonal relationships on a global scale.
在全球范围内建立良好的人际关系。

职位要求Specific Job Requirements:
1. 教育背景Education:
？ Bachelors or Masters of Science in: Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Metallurgical / Material Science Engineering;
具有工业工程、制造工程、机电一体化、机械工程、电气工程、冶金学、材料学工程等专业的本科或者研究生学历；
2. 工作经验Experience:
？ New hire from a highly rated engineering school or Tempel employee with less than two years in the company.
工程类院校应届生，或者在腾普公司任职两年内的雇员。
3. 要求Formation:
？ The minimum standard is 211 engineering university, 985 university will be the best, with excellent performance in the university;
最低标准为211工程类院校，985院校***,在校期间主修科目成绩良好以上，不得有补考科目；
？ Relevant extracurricular activities desired;
具有相关的课外实践活动为佳；

？ Must be willing to relocate and travel accordingly for first 2 years of program;
