职位描述：

Manufacturing Engineer, KPS China

Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of existing genset manufacturing processes.

Assist to optimize production capacity.

Train employee as required.

Design and introduce improved tooling or equipment where appropriate.

Introduction to production of new products.

Provide timely engineering assistance for daily production quality control, problem
solving, cost reduction, equipment maintenance and meeting delivery schedules.

Set up and qualify manufacturing process to meet time line requirement.

Prepare and maintain process documentation to include routings, process aids, tool
engineering, and capital equipment records.

Assist in the implementation of the Kohler Operating System (KOS).

Assist in continuous process improvements in safety, ergonomics, quality and cost in the plant and at suppliers.

Take part in CI team, work with cross function team support CI project

Skills/Requirements

College's degree in mechanical Engineering or related.

Minimum two years related working experience.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin

Tool design and application or generator assembly

Excellent computer skill are essential.

Know lean knowledge.

Be able to use Auto CAD.
