职位描述：
Key Responsibilities主要职责：
？ Participate in new RFQ for Metal/plastic parts review and give supplier/customer recommendation;
？ Participate in new custom parts development, organize internal audit, external audit (including customer audit) , and monitor the improvement action
？ Develop all necessary SQE documents, supplier quality requirement and expectation
？ Develop suppliers & follow up to ensure qualification requirements are met;
？ Quality issue solving and performance improvement, ensure meet quality performance objective;
？ Manage quality returns to suppliers, supplier RMAs, work with supplier for quality issue analysis and preventive actions.
？ Supplier scorecard and performance monitor, including monthly/quarterly review supplier quality score, contact supplier for improvement.
？ Focus on custom parts drive and lead continuous improvement actions to reduce cost per improve quality, proposal replacement etc.
？ Technical support for both internal and suppliers
？ The other things arranged by SCL

Qualifications任职资格：
？ At least 5 years Metal/plastic working experience as SQE/QE, better in EMS industry
？ Good communication skills & team work with internal functional team
？ Good English both speaking and writing, good office software skill
？ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical sciences is required. 举报 分享
