职位描述：
Qualifications任职资格：

1.College diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production and Inventory Control or similar education;机械工程,生产存货控制或相关专业大专以上学历；
2.2 years experience as a Material or Production Control Manager ideally in the automotive industry environment with 1 years E.D.I. experience; 物料或生产控制部门2年工作经验，最好在汽车行业有1年E.D.I.工作经验；
3.Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English; 能流利地用英语交流（包括书写和口语）；
4.Must be able to relate/communicate well with people at all levels (Supervisory skills); 能很好的与各个层次的交流联系（管理能力）；
5.Must have good organizational skills, be a self starter and a team player ;良好的组织能力和自发意识和团队合作意识；
6.Experienced in supplier management and know the automotive project management;有供应商管理经验和了解汽车行业的项目管理；
7.Strong responsibility and Work carefully; 责任心要强，工作要细心；
8.Must be very familiar with J.I.T., M.R.P., Synchronous Manufacturing, TS16949 / QS-9000 and ISO14001 Procedures ; 精通J.I.T., M.R.P、同步制造、TS16949 / QS-9000和ISO14001程序；
9.In-depth knowledge of MRP/ERP systems as they apply to the automotive environment, CMI knowledge preferred; 熟悉MRP/ERP系统使适应汽车行业，有计算机教学管理知识的优先；
10.Good PC skills and related software(Excel, Word, et.);熟练使用电脑和相关软件；
11.Knowledge in SAP is an asset. 懂SAP系统。

Duties and Responsibilities职责：

1.Download the customer demand from the system，and confirm the delivery orders base on customer’s requirements; 下载客户的预测，并按照客户的要求确认交货订单；
2.Verify the forecast whether the fluctuation of forecast under the 20% as contract (some customer is 15%); 接到预测后校验预测的波动是否在20%以内；
3.Make the master planning in ERP system， base on the customer release;根据客户的预测，在ERP系统中安排主生产计划；
4.Release material requirements via SupplyWeb system and confirm with supplier for the shipping schedule; 通过SupplyWeb系统, 发布零件需求并和供应商确认交货计划；
5.Working with warehouse to ensure FIFO for the materials and FGs; 与仓库一起工作，确保原料和成品的先进先出；
6.Focus on inventory level， Make sure components delivery at the right time with right quantity at right place;关注库存的控制，确保物料按照计划量准时到达；
7.Clean the blocked material in two weeks with related departments;和相关部门在2周内处理不合格品；
8.Coordinate equipment issues and products quality issues in production process, make sure 100% meet customers requirement; 协调生产过程中的设备问题和产品质量问题，确保百分之百满足客户需求； 举报 分享
