职位描述：
Qualifications任职资格:

1.Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year College or university in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering, Packaging Science, or related field;
2.Preferred 3 years related experience in Packaging, Design, Engineering or Lean Manufacturing;
3.Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.

Duties and Responsibilities职责:

1.Analyze and approve the supplier package, to meet assembly line development, using Lean principles such as: TAKT time, ergonomics, weight, delivery, repacking, and storage;
2.According to customer’s specification to design the package proposal for customer and internal storage with package suppliers;
3.Obtain quotes, analyze, order and timely follow up of all packaging requirements in order to meet all critical milestone dates;
4.Create the working instruction of packing for production ;
5.Audit the packing process to improve the package design for quality and cost;
6.Work with warehouse supervisor to find the supplier package issue and improve it, to make sure no quality risk for storage;
7.Work with purchasing department to choose the package supplier for new project;
8.Drive the development of new technologies to improve package quality and reduce package cost;
9.Develop and maintain a cooperative working relationship with internal and external customers ; 举报 分享
