Work Performed
1. Generate an increase in the quantity of customers, extend the market recah within China and achieve set monthly Sales and Grioss Profit budgets individually and with the c-operaton of the AIPG China sales team.
2. Generate an increase in revenues on own responsibility and take the initiative to grow the sales with or without the support of the AIPG sales team.
3. Manage existing customers and further develop these relationships and increase revenues.
4. Identify, follow and develop targeted programs and projects within the key market segment of Entertainment including but not limited to the Audio and the LED screen markets.
5. Target new design-in at key OEM'S.
6. Target new design-in and competer for existing product usage share at CEM's.
7. Provide Sales Support at key OEM customers and distrivutors.
8. Prepare monthly reports on business calls and related activities including complaints, questions in regard to products and sales trends for analysis by management.
9. Prepare monthly order forcast and maintain a sales pipeline on key market segments.
10. Prepare quotations using document form CA_13F5 following company procedures and policies.
11. Communicate key features, benefits and options available for each product series.
12. Inform customers of nes products and price movements.
13. Ascertain competitor activity and other relevant information and report this to management.
14. Regular travel throughout China to prospect for new customers and make sales calls at existing customers.
15. Travel to Trade events and Exhibitions as required.
16. Participate in exhibitions as required.
17. Provide sales and distributor training on products as required.

Requirements
1. Equivalent Education Level Required: Generally HSC with some technical background (qualified tradesman). Will have completed basic and advanced sales training courses.
2. Experience Required: Prior experience in selling and actual use of pruducts an advantage with a minimum of three years in related industries.
3. Knowledge Required: Comprehensive knowledge of company's products, service/benefits, pricing structure and leadtimes.
