职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities/主要职责:
? Market Intelligent: Tracking and analyzing market index of main commodities and give recommendation to Sourcing Team
? Vendor Data Management: Manage ERP vendor data to ensure clean and up to date
? Analyze monthly PPV reports to make sure reflecting planned savings on conducted activities
? Execute and optimize the document management and control, such as contracts/ agreements, RFQ package, offers, pricing records, sample orders, and other purchasing commercial documents
? Project Management: Tracking and monitoring Resourcing/ Negotiation implementation report to make sure all projects meeting timeline and KPI.
? Benchmarking CZ material spent with Terex global to ensure best cost performance gained from same resource
? Conduct the RFQ of sourcing projects; collect the commercial data for sourcing decision making. Preliminary analyze the offers and provide the proposal on total cost ownership.
? Tracking and prepare regular supplier evaluation report and give recommendation
? Other jobs which is assigned by Manager

Qualifications Required必需的资格:
? University degree, preferably in field such as engineering, supply chain management or finance.
? More than 2 years working experience at data analytical field, preferred at sourcing, supply chain, or finance
? Able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English with people at all levels
? Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel & PowerPoint
? Excellent business skill, proactive, self-driven and result oriented.
? Team player, skills for change management and positive to conflict.
? Able to work on high pressure and be skilled for reporting and escalation.
? Proactive and focus on continuous improvement.
? Good communication/negotiation skills.
