Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Mechanical Engineer is responsible for Mechanical design in CZ factory.
该职位将向工程部经理报告，主要负责常州工厂的机械设计。

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
岗位职责:
? Cable connector design manufacture feasible design.
线缆连接器制造的可行设计。

? Review design and provide constructive feedback to US and China based Mechanical Engineering.
根据机械工程对设计进行审核并想中国和美国公司提供建设性的反馈。

? Conduct tooling and production issues root cause analysis and apply design corrections as needed.
实施模具和产品问题的根本原因分析，并在必要时应用设计上的修正。

? Modify individual component/assembly drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM’s) for new and existing products as needed for debug or maintenance.
必要时修改特殊的新产品或者现有产品的部件/组装图纸和BOM，修正并维护。

? Manage Mechanical BOM and ECO updates through the use of Agile (PLM).
使用Agile管理机械BOM和ECO的更新。

? Responsible for coordinating quotation packages, parts, tooling, and testing and verification of product requirements.
负责协助包装、组件、模具的报价，产品的测试和认证需求。

? Proactively seeks for cost reduction opportunities. Propose, design, and phase-in changes with no impact to ongoing production.
积极地寻找降低成本的机会。在不影响现有生产的情况下建议、设计并逐步引进这些机会。

? Support product builds for DVT and PVT all the way to production ramp.
支持产品构建中的DVT和PVT。

? Participate in supplier qualification and audit.
参与供应商的资格认证和审核。

? Assist with documentation modification, including product specifications, work instructions, test plans and other documented attributes of the product.
协助文件认证，包括产品说明、工作说明书、测试计划和其他的属于产品的证明文件。

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
学历和经验要求:

? B.S. degree or above majored in mechanical engineering or related field required.
本科以上学历，机械工程或相关专业。
? 8-10 years working experience in cable assembly area or consumer product area.
8-10年的线材组装领域或消费品领域的工作经验。
? Proficient to use AutoCAD/Pro-E software with solid working experience.
熟练使用AutoCAD/Pro-E 软件，有相关的使用经验。
? Experience with molding, stamping, plating, assembly process is preferred.
有模具、冲压、电镀、装配制程经验的优先考虑。
? Mindset of customer orientation, result driven. Good business acumen.
有客户导向和结果导向的理念。良好的商业敏锐。
? Must have strong attention to detail, enjoy “hand-on” troubleshooting and have the ability to update Pro-E 3D models and 2D documentation.
必须有较强的细节意识，乐于动手解决问题，并有能力更新Pro-E 3D模型以及2D证明文件。
? Good problem solving ability and knowledge of materials and production methods.
良好的解决问题的能力和良好的原料、产品研究方法
? Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Willing to communicate proactively with good communication skill both in Chinese and English (Oral and Written) in order to correctly understand customer requirement and conveying engineering information.
良好的组织和沟通技巧。愿意积极地进行沟通（用良好的中英文包括口语和书面）以正确地理解客户需求并传递技术上的信息。
? Mastery of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件。
? Knowledge in Basic Quality techniques.
有基本的质量技术。
? The ability to manage new and unique situations with minimal supervision.
能够在最少的指导下处理新问题或者是复杂的问题。
