职位描述：
Essential requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Sciences: Mechanical, Electronics, Mathematics, etc.
- More than 5 years working experience as quality engineers with at 3 years working experience in supplier quality.
- Experience on process and product quality control, as well as complaints handling.
- Good communication with internal and external
- Good Oral and written English
- Auditor for TS16949/VDA6.3 is essential.
- Knowledge for plating is mandatory.

Main tasks:
- Perform the audit for the new supplier especially for the automotive business
- Main focus on the supplier for Automotive and LF Cable Systems Suppliers
- Drive the customer and internal complaint from supplier with CATS system
- Drive the response time for CATS from supplier side with 8D report and root cause analysis
- Handle the material when issue happened include sorting, block, return to supplier
- Handle the cost charge to supplier for quality defect cases
- Discuss the Deviation with internal team if needed
- Define and improve control items with IQC 举报 分享
