职位描述：
Main responsibility:
1. Make sure import & export meet compliance requirements, make sure plant operation behavior meet compliance.
2. Hand-book management, hand-book applying, amending and writing off.
3. International transportation arrangement and freight controlling
4.Aarrange import & export and relative payment to vendor

Required:
1. College and above, be familiar with incoterms, major international trade relative is priority,
2. 3 years' work experience on import & export, be familiar with import and export process, have customs declarer certificate is priority.
3. Be familiar with bonding business and hand-book management, independent to deal with hand-book applying, amending and writing off.
4. Be familiar with international transportation process and fright management 5. be familiar with customs and government regulation
