Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
主要职责及其他工作内容如下：
? Liaise with Program Managers and application Engineers to understand their needs
? 与项目经理和应用工程师联络以理解他们的需求
? Conduct relevant tasks for APQP (PFMEA, PFD, WI)
? 执行APQP相关的工作（PFMEA,PFD,WI等）
? Design process layout specifications
? 设计工艺布置规范等
? Write detailed process/machine specifications
? 编制详细的工艺，设备规范
? Evaluate internal capacity for production
? 内部生产产能评估
? Source external suppliers as required
? 按需求寻找供应商
? Review and approve supplier design specifications with Safety, Quality, Production efficiency)
? 对供应商设计在安全，质量及生产效率等方面进行评审和批准
? Implement and commission machinery during build and install phases (before PPAP)
? 在PPAP前安装和样件制作阶段操作和验收设备
? Handover to production and maintenance, including conducting operator training
? 移交给生产和设备维护包括操作工培训等

Education and/or Experience:
教育背景/工作经历：
? Bachelor's Degree in mechanical Engineering or tooling manufacturing etc, or equivalent experience related field
? 机械工程或模具等专业本科或相关领域相当的工作经验
? 3+ years experience in process/manufacturing engineering.
? 3年以上工艺，制造工程工作经验
? Good knowledge of metal products and Stamping tooling
? 良好的金属制品和冲压模具知识
? Can operate Press ,feeder etc.
? 能操作冲床，送料机等设备
? Experience in automotive industry would be an added advantage.
? 汽车行业工作经验优先
? Quality system knowledge (ISO9001, TS16949,VDA6.3)
? 质量体系知识(ISO9001, TS16949,VDA6.3)
? Familiar with process related requirements of OEM quality system (such as QSB,Q1,Formel-Q)
? 熟悉主机厂质量要求中工艺相关内容（如QSB,Q1, Formel-Q)
? Good working knowledge of APQP and PPAP
? 良好的APQP，PPAP 工作知识
